How cancellation works
Month-to-month agreement
Comfort Club memberships are month-to-month. You are not locked into a long-term contract.
30 days' written notice
To cancel, submit a written request by email or through our contact form. Cancellation becomes effective 30 days after we receive your request.
Promotional signup discounts
If you received a discounted or promotional service at signup, cancelling within the first 12 months may require reimbursement of the discount received, up to the remaining value.
What happens next
After cancellation, your membership benefits continue until the end of the current paid period. Any unused services do not roll over or convert to credit.
