Every Comfort Club plan includes semi-annual HVAC tune-ups, priority scheduling, no overtime fees, and repair discounts. Comfort Plus adds an electrical safety check and a waived diagnostic fee, while Total Home includes duct inspection, surge protection check, and the largest repair discount.
How do I enroll?+
Enroll online through our contact form, or call 855-684-7663 and speak with a comfort advisor. We'll confirm your system details, set your preferred visit schedule, and activate your membership the same day.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Comfort Club memberships are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. If you received a discounted or promotional service at signup, any cancellation within the first 12 months may require reimbursement of the discount received, up to the remaining value. Who is eligible to join Comfort Club?+
Comfort Club is open to homeowners and landlords in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and surrounding Central Florida counties. Memberships cover residential single-family homes, townhomes, and condos with accessible HVAC systems. Commercial properties may qualify for a custom service agreement.
What does the plan cover?+
All plans include semi-annual HVAC system tune-ups, priority scheduling, no overtime charges, and discounts on repairs and parts. Comfort Plus adds an annual electrical safety check and a waived diagnostic fee. Total Home also includes duct inspection and a surge-protection check. Parts and repairs outside the included tune-ups are billed at the member discount rate.
Can I cancel my membership?+
Yes. Comfort Club is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. If you received a promotional or discounted service at signup, canceling within the first 12 months may require reimbursement of the discount value.
